As the weather changes throughout the year, so does the menu at the Pavilion Grille. Our Chefs believe in utilizing only the freshest ingredients available to complement the individuality of the seasons. The Pavilion Grille currently offers a light and delicious lunch menu full of our signature salads, sandwiches, and everyone’s favorite Pavilion light bites. The full dinner menu encompasses a broader range of selections including mouth-watering seafood, premium aged steaks, handmade pastas, and decadent deserts.

Spectacular aged artisans! Bleu, boursin, camembert, and herbed goat cheeses with fresh grapes, sliced pears, and assorted breads. 
Selection of Italian Meats

Sweet sausage, broccoli rabe, and gorgonzola stuffed, with a balsamic drizzle.  
Golden Calamari 
Lightly fried and paired with green apples, tropical mango, and pickled ginger. 
Beef Carpaccio 
A salad of fontina cheese, roasted peppers, long stem artichokes, and arugula. 
Citrus Salmon 
Citrus cured with herbed cheese cake, marinated red onion, and lemon pesto.   
Spiced Crab Cake 
Pan roasted and accompanied with spicy mustard, baby arugula, and fresh lemon. Soups & Salads

Rich chicken broth with tender pieces of chicken and alphabet pasta. 
Classic Onion Soup 
Sweet onion broth, fresh diced chives, and a smothering of melted gruyère.

Frisée and Bib Salad 
Poached pears, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, and a lemon and pear drizzle.
